Hugh has spent 45 years actively involved in the security industry and audio/video presentation industry as owner and operating partner of several corporations. These business opportunities have earned him accolades as a leading integrator and specialist in system design, technology-based security, IP based security products including network cameras, server systems, access control, intrusion, intercom systems, Smart Technologies as well as locksmithing, fire prevention and meeting room solutions.

This expertise has brought multiple contracts with Niagara Regional Government, Ontario EMS Services, Niagara Regional Police, Gerrie Electric, Hamilton Wentworth District School Board, Grand Erie District School Board, Hamilton Hydro, Lakeport Breweries, AstraZeneca Canada, UJA Federation of Toronto, and Stats Canada for consulting and integration.

Hugh has been actively involved for the past 20 years designing, installing, and programming technology for meeting rooms.

Greg has been in the communications and technology industry for over 30 years and is a partner of CAPSYS Integrated Technology Solutions. His entrepreneurial experience ranges from building communications service centers to developing test and evaluation standards for Bell Mobility and TELUS. This venture expanded into an operating business partner and shareholder responsible for Security and Technology for a multi-million-dollar logistics company. His current work with CAPSYS includes providing meeting room solutions, engaging clients to discuss and review their security goals, developing innovative assessment strategies for committees and clients, as well as preforming assessments and system design development.

As an active member of CANASA, SIA, ASIS, SCC, and ISO/IEC, Greg has been recognized as a topic expert and sits on national and international security committees.
